A Tribute to a Special Veteran

In honor of Veteran's Day, my brother posted a picture of my Dad, Richard W. Kearney, from his Air Force days. It is my pleasure to share it on this blog.

He served during the '50s, flying B-57 Canberras like the one pictured below.

I am grateful that he is still around so that we can enjoy his company. I don't visit as much as I would like, but I appreciate it when I can.

Anyway, here is a picture from a few years ago. My parents were celebrating their 50th anniversary in 2011.
