My mother's cat used to watch horse racing on television. Perhaps she thought the tiny horses on the screen were mice. She would often rush around the back of the set in an attempt to find a way of catching them. Sometimes my mother would put the racing on just to entertain her.
Both our dogs watch TV. They are especially keen on animal programs, although Tess is less than keen to watch football (soccer).
